The BSE smallcap company in May announced a final dividend of Rs 12 per share for investors. This is the highest-ever cash reward in 25 years as per BSE corporate actions data of the company.
The company under discussion is Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd, which has a market cap of Rs 7,698.17 crore as of September 14, 2025.

Rs 12 final dividend for eligible shareholders has been declared by the company.
"Recommended the dividend of Rs. 12/- (Rupees Twelve only) (120%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 /- (Rupees ten only) each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company," May 14 dated exchange filing informed.
Garware Hi-Tech Films Dividend 2025 Record Date
The company has fixed September 17, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend of FY25.
"Fixed the Record Date as Tuesday, September 17, 2024, for the purpose of reckoning the members entitled to receive dividend and offering remote e-voting facility to the members of the Company in respect of business to be transacted at 68th AGM," the company informed in its August 8 dated exchange filing.
68th AGM of the company is planned on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Garware Hi-Tech Films Dividend History
From 2019, dividend of Rs 10 each year has been given till 2024, while 2018 saw Rs 2 dividend for investors.
Notably, the final dividend of FY25 is the highest-ever as per corporate actions history of the company since 2000, available on BSE website.
