As the earnings season is underway, several companies are declaring their results for the July-September quarter of the financial year 2025-26. State-owned Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) is also gearing up to announce its Q2 FY26 earnings next week.
IRCTC is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways.
Along with the quarterly results, the railway PSU might also declare a dividend for its shareholders for the current financial year (FY 202-26). IRCTC informed this through an exchange filing earlier on October 29.
IRCTC Q2 Results 2026 date and time
IRCTC, in the exchange filing, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, after the same are reviewed by the audit committee.
"…it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, inter alia to: 1. consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, after the same are reviewed by the Audit Committee…," the railway PSU said in the regulatory filing.
IRCTC had declared its April-June quarter earnings for FY26 at around 5 PM on August 13. Therefore, it is expected that the company might declare its earnings for July-September period of FY26 at around the same time on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

In the filing, the IRCTC also said that the Board of Directors in the scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 might also declare Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26, if any.

In the same filing, IRCTC also announced the dividend record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to whom dividend payment will be done. As per the filing by IRCTC, November 21 will be the record date for the payment of the interim dividend.

"Further, as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of IRCTC Limited, Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday, 01st October, 2025 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e., upto Friday, 14th November, 2025 (both days inclusive)," it added.

Shares of IRCTC on Friday ended at Rs 704.05, 0.65 or 0.09 per cent higher from the previous close of Rs 703.40, on the BSE
