The speciality retail firm has announced that its board of directors will meet on 13 November 2025 to consider unaudited financial results for Q2FY26 and the interim dividend for FY26.

The company previously approved converting warrants into equity shares, issuing 50 lakh equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each at Rs 23.75 per share, including a premium of Rs 22.75 per share. "Allotment of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an issue price of Rs. 23.75/- each (including a premium of Rs. 22.75/- per share) upon conversion for equal number of Warrants at an issue price of Rs. 23.75/- each upon receipt of balance amount at the rate of Rs. 17.8125/- (being 75% of the issue price per warrant) aggregating to Rs. 8,90,62,500/-," stated their filing.

The company had reported a net profit of Rs 3.58 crore in the first quarter of financial year 2025-24. Whereas the revenue from operations stood at Rs 111.55 crore. The firm's earnings per share stood at Rs 0.29.
