AstraZeneca Pharma India

The company has received permission from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation to import, sell, and distribute Durvalumab Solution for Infusion in strengths of 120 mg/2.4 mL and 500 mg/10 mL (Imfinzi).

Durvalumab, in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, oxaliplatin, and docetaxel (FLOT) chemotherapy as neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment, followed by single-agent Durvalumab, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with resectable gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GC/GEJC).

Asian Energy Services

The company has announced the discovery of oil at the onshore Mevad field in Gujarat, following the drilling and testing of a new well, with expected peak production of approximately 125–130 barrels of oil per day (bopd).

HBL Engineering

The company has received an order worth Rs 575 crore from the Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, for the supply, testing, and commissioning of on-board KAVACH equipment (Version 4.0).

MOIL

The company has received approval from the Ministry of Steel for a joint venture agreement and the formation of a joint venture company between MOIL and Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation (MPSMCL) for manganese ore mining in Madhya Pradesh.

The bank has entered into a distributorship agreement with HSBC Asset Management (India) for the distribution of their mutual fund products to its customers.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation

HPCL has executed a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement (SSSHA) with IIT Kanpur-incubated deep-tech startup Maraal Aerospace at IEW 2026 in Goa, aimed at strengthening India's clean-energy and deep-tech aerospace ecosystem. HPCL is investing Rs 2 crore in the startup to accelerate product development, testing, and system validation, enabling faster product realization and scale-up.

Ola Electric Mobility

Ola Electric will lay off 5 percent of its workforce as part of a restructuring effort, the electric scooter manufacturer said.

The company stated that it is “doubling down” on speed and discipline through increased automation across its front-end operations, adding that it is building a “leaner organisation” positioned for long-term, profitable growth.

Indiabulls

BofA Securities Europe SA has bought 2.22 crore equity shares (equivalent to 0.95 percent of the paid-up capital) in Indiabulls at Rs 10.87 per share for Rs 24.14 crore. Meanwhile, French bank Societe Generale sold the same number of shares at Rs 10.86 per share for Rs 24.12 crore.

Societe Generale held a 1.27 percent stake in Indiabulls as of December 2025.

IIFL Finance

BofA Securities Europe SA has purchased 17 lakh shares (a 0.4 percent stake) in financial services company IIFL Finance for Rs 90.5 crore from Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte. The shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 532.4 per share.

Raymond LifestyleRaymond Realty

Raymond has acquired 3.75 lakh shares (a 0.61 percent stake) in Raymond Lifestyle at Rs 1,029.15 per share for Rs 38.59 crore, and bought 7 lakh shares (a 1.05 percent stake) in Raymond Realty at Rs 495.54 per share for Rs 34.68 crore.
